We offer business rates that will make any CFO happy!
Why stay in the stuffy, gray, cinder block, mega chain hotel when you can treat yourself to a break while you are in Brattleboro for business.
 Our business rate is $129 per night, single occupancy Sunday through Thursday nights.
This rate is available in select rooms only and only when booked by phone and requested specifically. This rate may not be available at all times and is not available during fall foliage, price does not include taxes.

I have never even considered a Bed and Breakfast for a business stay. I actually only found Forty Putney because there were no Sheratons in the area (I am a Sheraton Platinum Member). I have to say, this place puts the Sheraton to shame. I was completely amazed at the combination of privacy, business amenities like the desk, phone and internet, and the complimentary coffee and snacks. I actually stayed in the room for my conference call instead of making it from the car! I can't wait to be sent to Brattlebro on business again!

Business Traveler Policies
Lenient Cancellation Policy
Having traveled for work for many years, we both know that the business traveler cannot always predict where and when they will need to be. Because of this, we offer the business traveler a relaxed cancellation and change policy. If for any reason your plans change, contact us by noon on the day prior to the date of your scheduled arrival to cancel or change your plans (based on availability) without penalty. Of course, the travel must have been booked under the business traveler package by phone
to qualify for this accommodation and you must have a confirmation number that refers to a business booking to qualify.
Flexible Breakfast Arrangements
We know that you may need to hit the road early, no reason to do that on an empty stomach! We are happy to provide breakfast as early as 7 am for the business traveler. Please let us know of this request no later than the day prior to your stay.
Complimentary WiFi
Our home is wired with high speed internet and we are happy to offer free WiFi access to our guests. We also have a computer available for your use in our lovely sunroom.
Peace and Quiet Best of all, we are happy to provide you with a quiet and luxury atmosphere to unwind after your hectic work days. Enjoy a glass of wine on the back patio, relax in the sunroom with a magazine, take a few minutes for yourself, we won't tell!
