Check In / Out
Check in is from 3:00pm until 7:00pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7:00pm to ensure that someone will be available to greet you. Check out is at 11:00am.

Minimum Stay
A two night minimum stay required on summer weekends (Friday and Saturday nights), holidays, special events and during foliage season. If in doubt - call to inquire about single night stays.

Cancellations / No Shows
Because of our small size, cancellations and no shows affect us significantly. For this reason cancellations must be made ten days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a charge for one night's stay. In the event we are able to rebook the room for the duration of your booking, there will be no charge. If a guest does not honor their reservation, they will be charged for the full stay unless the room is reserved by another guest for the entire length of the original booking.

Children
Our Bed and Breakfast is not appropriate for young children; many of our guests are looking for a quiet getaway. Well-behaved children over the age of twelve are welcome, however we do not provide a special childrens menu at breakfast.

Pets
We are sorry to report that we can no longer accept pets at the inn.

Other Important Policies

• We are a completely non-smoking home, smoking is allowed outdoors only.
• Breakfast for non-guests / extra guests is $15 and requires advanced notice..
• Rates are based on double occupancy (single occupancy for business rates). An extra person / bed is $25 per night and includes breakfast.
• Rates are all subject to 9% Vermont Meals and Rooms Tax and 1% Brattleboro Local Tax (not included).
• This is our home, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• We are not responsible for accidents or injury, damages to personal property or vehicles or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.
• You are welcome to enjoy anything purchased from our pub anywhere on our property. However, Vermont state law prohibits outside alcohol from being consumed on our premises.
